Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. The service

Samurai is an AI-native platform for analog integrated circuit design, operated by Samurai Technology Ltd. ("Samurai", "we", "us") of London, United Kingdom. The platform generates analog circuit designs — including netlists, schematics, and simulation results — from user-provided specifications, and provides related tools such as netlist import, file uploads, and design documentation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Early access

Samurai is an early-stage product under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time, and availability of the service is not guaranteed. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service as the platform evolves.

3. AI-generated designs

Outputs produced by the platform are AI-generated circuit designs. While every design is checked through automated SPICE simulation, simulation is not a substitute for professional engineering review. You are responsible for independently verifying any design before relying on it — and in particular before manufacturing, fabrication, or use in any product. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and reasonably. In particular, you must not:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the specifications, netlists, and files you provide to the platform. You are free to use the designs generated from your specifications for your own purposes, including commercial ones. The Samurai platform itself — its software, models, interface, and content — remains the property of Samurai Technology Ltd., and these terms do not grant you any rights in it beyond use of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samurai Technology Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or costs arising from designs that are fabricated or otherwise relied upon. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
