Who we are
Samurai Technology Ltd. is a company based in London, United Kingdom. We operate this website (samuraitech.org) and Samurai, an AI-native platform for analog integrated circuit design. For anything relating to this policy, contact us at general@samuraitech.org.
What we collect
- Contact enquiries. If you get in touch through the contact form on this site, the details you submit (such as your name, email address, and message) are collected via an embedded Google Form.
- App account data. If you use the Samurai platform, we store your account email address and the content you create in the platform — your projects, specifications, uploaded files, and generated designs — so we can provide the service.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.
How we use it
We use this information solely to provide and improve the Samurai service, to operate your account and project workspace, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and app:
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this website; your browser requests font files from Google's servers.
- Google Forms — processes contact-form submissions.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts our application and stores app data.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account and project data for as long as you use the service. If you would like your data corrected or deleted, email general@samuraitech.org and we will action your request.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access the data we hold about you, the right to have inaccurate data rectified, and the right to have your data erased. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at general@samuraitech.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
